We made a trip to Detroit this week to check out the North American International Auto Show. We got lots of photos. Check them out.

Tell us which vehicles you would buy (if money wasn't an object), which vehicles will be tomorrows classics and which ones will be forgotten at this time next year?

By the way I'm taking donations to purchase the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren - please send donations....

check out your basic entry level ferraris. they FINALLY built a car that is modeled after the very popular 308 (the magnum p.i. car). i dont remember the name of this new model ferrari however i remember that it will set you back about 160,000 bananas. what i read was that ferrari got tired of their user friendly performance cars getting smoked by american iron and that they finally built a car that has both manners and performance. i think that this new ferrari would be a wonderful wonderful car to own and drive. it is awesome in appearance and has cool yellow gauges that look full race. sorry i dont remember the name of it but it is just GORGEOUS.

also, i have read a lot about porsches over the years and what i have learned is that, oddly enough, porsches are arguably the MOST dependable cars on the road today. i think that is huge personally. do NOT buy a convertible 911 type porsche as the body can flex and does not have the safety and integrity of a coupe. i believe that if you find a truly sensational carrera 2 or carrera 4, or a late model 911 or spin off, that you will have a car that will hold its value and driveability for a very very very long time. driving porsches is very rewarding however everyone assumes you are a prick. lol.

(what's the difference between a porcupine and a porsche? in a porsche the prick is on the inside)

p.s. ferraris are so sexy i want one! (how do you stop a kid from reading playboy? give him a penthouse.)
