Description : 2002 Honda VTX1800, liquid cooled V-Twin 110 cu.inch fuel-injected. 94hp, 117ft.lbs torque at the wheel. Painted by Alcalde Customs (www.alcaldecustoms.com)Arlington Hts. IL Chrome work; entire front-end(fork,triple-tree,risers,speedo mount) Brake&clutch master cylanders and calipers, rear wheel hub and driveshaft/swingarm all chromed by Xtreme Kustoms, Streamwood, IL. Seat by Back-in-the-Saddle Milwaukee, Wi. Custom wheels by RC Components, chromed by RC Components.
The paint was by Tim Alcalde. The base color is a 60/40 mix of metallic black/candy purple. Under the base he airbrushed lightning in a silver. The
graphics he hand laid onto the sheet metal are a pearl white, metallic silver,
blue and purple, and chameleon paint is used as well on graphics and on the
shamrock that is on the rear fender. Alcalde is also responsible for some minor
body work. The front fender rivets were ground smooth, he removed the stock
license plate mount and fabricated a smaller mount.

2-1 Exhaust pipes made in ss ( 7 kg lighter than orig.), Original exhaust damper opened up about 80 %,
HD 125 DID chain, All polished motorcovers has been transfered from the GB 500 engine, onto the glassbeaded and painted 650 engine to get an optical,
original GB 500 look, 2 set of sprockets, one geared to 210 km/h and one set to 175 km/h (
for the Norwegian mountains and along the fjords;-)
Oil temp clock, mounted in special made "Schottmeier special"
aluminium housing between the speedo and rev counter.
An Iridum spark plugs was also used.
The gears are now 1 up, rest down... now I can shift gear with my
large Daytona boots when coming out of the curves ;-)

Description : This 1970 standard Cougar has a 351 2V Cleveland engine that I just finished detailing and a top half rebuild. It has 59000 original miles on it and I am the third owner. It's a Parma, Ohio car with the typical story of an lady who put it in her barn when she couldn't drive it any longer. What makes this car special and rare is that it has the ORIGINAL (yes 33+ years old) Houndstooth top. Mercury made this top only in 1970. It was an option common to the XR7 models but was special ordered on this standard coupe with the interior decor group.
1954 PLYMOUTH PLAZA

The car started out as a 54 Plymouth Plaza station wagon and since bringing
it home in July 1998 from Phoenix Arizona we have added an 88 5th avenue
front frame clip, Beatty and Woods stroked 360 Chrysler engine, A727
Torqueflite with shift kit, Dart 8 3/4 rear end with Mosler axles and 3:23
suregrip. The rear spring pickups have been relocated so that while the car
is lowered the entire suspension is at full ride height.
The rear quarter panels are 1955 Plymouth, with the side scoops being 1956
quarter panels reversed. The filler door is 2002 Chrysler 300m and the side
windows have been filled as have all the seams in the front fenders and
splash apron. The headlights have been frenched and the hood has 152
louvres punched in it. The original two piece tailgate is now a one piece
liftgate. The paint is 2003 Chrysler garnet red pearl and aztec gold that
has beenm wet sanded and polished with hand painted pinstripes and graphics
by Rollie Geurtin.
The Interior features two Imperial six way power reclining seats redone in
red and white pleated naugahyde. The door panels and inner side panels are
also done on the same theme and the entire lower rear area is done in
matching carpet. The dash has a custom billet aluminum insert with
Autometer gauges for speed tach, oil pressure, volts,water temp, fuel,
vacuum and has the air conditioning ducts as well as the switches built into
a lower extension. The steering column is 82 Cordoba with a Grant chrome
and redwood steering wheel and a Gennie floor shifter mounted in a custom
console.
