'Park-King' American-Made Four Post Residential Parking Lift
Why are American Custom Lifts better than all other four post
parking lifts? Below are 10 true reasons why:
Other lift companies use brass or plastic sheaves, which tend to wear out
over time and are not designed for continuous cycles per day. Our 7K
four post designs use a commercial grade bearing in pulleys that are
designed for many cycles per day as used in heavy duty truck lifts.
Our lifts use a 1.5" x 1.5" x 2 7/8" oil based urethane glide block.
This provides a smooth up and down platform operation. Many of the
other lifts require you to grease the inside or outside of the columns over a
period of time. Other lifts platforms will tend to jump or skip as they're being
raised or lowered. This is due to using inexpensive plastic glide blocks.
Our lifts use an aircraft quality cable, four attached to
each column, tested at 14,500 lbs each.
Other lift companies base-plates are only 3/8" gauge steel maximum which
sometimes warp when being welded to the columns, thus causing the lift to sway
when free standing. Our four post design base-plates are made with 1/2"
gauge American steel. Our lift will rest flush on the foundation and
will not require anchoring.
Other lift companies tracks (runways) have square cut edges which can be
dangerous if brushed against. American Custom Lift tracks (runways) are
made with a non-sag diamond plate steel that have been rounded on the
corners. It is also aesthetically more pleasing.
Our lifts provide an extra safety measure that provides peace of mind. Most
other lift companies offer no safety in the case of a glide block bolt coming
loose. All of our 7K and 9K four post lift provide extra safety
precautions by welding a safety dowel to the under carriage where the glide
blocks are bolted at the end of each cross-rail. If a glide block bolt
were to come loose, there would be no risk of the glide block slipping.
Many of the four post parking lifts on the market today use a 3" diameter
cylinder. When overworked, they will tend to leak. Our parking lift
models us a 3 1/2" diameter cylinder.
Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on our structure, five yrs.
mechanical and 1 yr. parts & electrical. Ask the other lift
companies what their warranty covers. You won't be impressed.
Our lifts are all powder-coated. Available lift colors are
black, blue and red. Custom colors are also available for an additional cost.
Our lifts are AMERICAN MADE. 90% of the lift companies
today are selling imported lifts from China, Korea and Turkey. These lifts look

Roll-Out Vinyl Flooring vs. Tile Consider Your Garage Needs
Choosing a garage flooring product can be
difficult and very time consuming. While the process of choosing a garage floor
can be cumbersome, it is important that you take your time and make sure that
you choose the product that is right for your job.
G-Floor® from Better Life
Technology has some definite advantage over other products such as snap
together garage floor tiles. G-Floor garage floor mats offer a virtually
seamless floor that provides a high degree of protection to the concrete below.
While garage floor tiles provide an attractive appearance, most tiles have a
seam every 12" to 18" where water, dirt and chemicals can seep
through and stain the floor below. For example a 2 car garage measuring 20' x
24' would have one seam with the G-Floor product as opposed to 480 individual
tiles with a seam on each side of each and every tile.
Installing
G-Floor is often much faster than installing a snap together tile system. While
most tile systems require you to interlock them on each and every side, G-Floor
garage floor mats can be laid next to each other and can often be installed in
under an hour.
One
final advantage of G-Floor garage flooring is that it is constructed from
flexible PVC. The PVC provides greater anti-fatigue properties than a solid

Green-Stuff Wax Polish is on the cutting edge of surface finishing products for painted, plastic, and fiberglass surfaces. What makes our wax polish different from conventional waxes? MWT - Micro Wax Technology - Smaller particles of wax actually penetrate into the pores of the surface more effectively than larger particles. These smaller particles of wax actually go down into the pores of the surface rather than just covering them up. As these pores are filled with the wax particles the surface becomes more even than it was before, resulting in a better shine and more reflection from the surface. The smoother a surface is, the more reflection you get from that surface. A good example of this is water in a lake or pond. When the water is calm or "smooth" you can see reflections of objects in the water very well. However, if the wind is blowing and the water is rough and choppy, "not smooth", the amount of visible reflection is reduced drastically or there is no reflection at all.
